AI auto-estimateHow do I create an AI estimate?
In AI Auto-Estimate, take or pick photos of the project and describe the work, typed or by recording your voice. Answer the assistant’s questions, review the generated items, and choose which to include before creating the estimate. AI can make mistakes: check prices and quantities.
Line itemsHow do I change an item?
Open the item and edit its description, quantity, unit (piece, gallon, foot, hour…), unit price, and discount. You can also add new items.
Taxes and discountsCan I add more than one tax?
Yes. In the price summary, add one or more taxes with their name and rate, plus any discounts. The app works out the subtotal and total.
PDF and sharingHow do I send an estimate?
Review the estimate and tap Export PDF. Then share it by email, messages, or another app on your phone. The PDF carries your company logo and details.
InvoicesHow do I create an invoice from an estimate?
Open the estimate and choose Create invoice. Enter the invoice number, the issue date, and the due date. When you get paid, mark it as paid.
Your company detailsWhere do I change my logo and details?
In Settings, open your company data to change the logo, name, email, phone, address, and tax number shown on your documents.
Your estimatesHow do I find an older estimate?
On Home, use the estimate search. Each estimate shows whether it is approved or pending, and each invoice whether it is paid or unpaid.
Account and subscriptionWhat if I cannot use the app or want to delete my account?
An active subscription is required to use the app’s features; you manage it in the app and your App Store account. To delete your account, go to Settings, Danger zone, Delete account.
