WorkClock Privacy Policy

WorkClock is an app by Drecom LLC (WaraSoft) that lets companies track shifts, verify attendance at their work sites, assign tasks and keep their team in touch. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

Information we handle

The last four digits of an SSN are optional; if a company records them, they are stored as a one-way hash.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide WorkClock: signing in with one-time codes, recording and showing shifts and tasks to your company, sending notifications, delivering team messages, providing support and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your company administrators (the CEO and authorized staff) can see their team profiles, shifts, clock-in locations and tasks. We use providers that process data on our behalf: server hosting (Render), maps (Mapbox), notifications (Expo and Apple) and email delivery for sign-in codes.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the company account is active. When a company removes an employee, their access is disabled and the shift history the company needs for payroll is kept. A company can delete its account and data from the app, and anyone can request access to, correction of or deletion of their data by emailing contact@warasoft.com.

Children

WorkClock is meant for companies and their employees and is not directed to children under 16.
