SellerAI helps sellers manage Amazon stores, products, inventory, sales, and prices. This policy explains what information we use, why we use it, and your choices.

Information we handle

• Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, and preferences.
• User and device identifiers needed for authentication, security, and support.
• Store, product, inventory, sales, order, price, and configuration data that you choose to connect.
• Purchase or sales history when you request it to show business metrics and operations.
• Content you voluntarily submit, such as receipts, images, messages, and support requests.

Use and retention

We use this information to provide SellerAI, sync your authorized accounts, protect the service, provide support, and improve reliability. We retain data while your account is active or as needed for these purposes, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

Third-party services

SellerAI connects to Amazon and other providers you authorize. Those connections use your permissions and are also subject to those providers’ policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and contact

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@warasoft.com. You can also disconnect an Amazon account from SellerAI or ask us to delete associated information, except data we must retain by law.
